Our Returns Policy - Compliant with UK Distance Selling Regulations

At Freshly Printed Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, we have implemented a Returns Policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your order and return the purchased book(s) within 14 days of receiving them. This is known as the "cooling-off period." During this time, you can change your mind and decide to cancel your order without providing any reason.

Return of Goods If you wish to return the book(s), simply notify us of your cancellation within the 14-day period. Upon receiving your notification, you have another 14 days to return the items to us. Once we receive the book(s), we will refund you the full purchase price, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs If your return is due to a change of mind or non-faulty reasons, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the book(s). Please ensure that you package the book(s)securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Exemptions Certain book(s) are exempt from the right to cancel and return, such as book(s) with broken online code seals. These exemptions are in line with the regulations.

Condition of Books We kindly request that you take reasonable care of the book(s) while they are in your possession. We may reduce the refund amount to account for any diminished value.

Refunds for Special Delivery If you have chosen a special delivery service in addition to the standard delivery, we will refund you only for the standard delivery cost.
